Beautiful, Chris. Murmurations are magical. Dennis and I saw a Bald Eagle looking for his breakfast this morning. Gorgeous fellow. We live in a pretty great place.
There is a school in NW that hosts a multiple-day visit of a giant flock of birds ~ maybe swallows? I saw the tail end of it one year and it was extraordinary. I'm sure there is info about it on google.

Lucky you. Kim and I saw an eagle soaring near the Carquinez Strait, close to Martinez, a number years ago. I can still picture how awesome it was.
Due to operator error, this post originally referred to Grant Ave., not Grand. Probably a holdover from my days in and near San Francisco.
I love this imagery!
